Full Job Description
Primary Functions:

Work with Senior Purchasing Agent to:

  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Stock warehouse with tools and material.
  • Ensure machinery is serviced and functional.
  • Fulfill customer orders.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
  • Purchase order tracking & price verification
  • May have limited travel in company vehicle to deliver materials to jobsites.


Preferred Qualifications/Knowledge:

  •  Two years related work experience in purchasing, inventory, or distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products and supplies.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and telephone skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish
