Full Job Description
Work with Senior Purchasing Agent to:
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Stock warehouse with tools and material.
- Ensure machinery is serviced and functional.
- Fulfill customer orders.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
- Purchase order tracking & price verification
- May have limited travel in company vehicle to deliver materials to jobsites.
- Two years related work experience in purchasing, inventory, or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and supplies.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and telephone skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Bilingual English & Spanish
